When tradeshows suddenly transitioned to a virtual environment, many companies found themselves scrambling to figure out what to do. Silver Oaks was able to use our knowledge and expertise to produce a series of content for Clysar to utilize throughout their virtual tradeshow experience during Pack Expo.

 

Virtual Tradeshow Materials

First, we worked with Clysar to brainstorm a "theme" to connect all of the pieces together. We were able to decide on "Shrink Packaging Solutions for People, Products and Planet". A set of graphics and icons were then created by our design team to use throughout videos, emails, social media posts and other advertisements throughout the course of the tradeshow.

All-in-all, Silver Oaks helped produce:

  • A handful of Linkedin/Facebook posts
  • 3 presentation videos
  • A landing web page
  • A PowerPoint presentation
  • Seven emails that were sent before/during/after the tradeshow
  • Banner graphics for their website
  • Various advertisements through Pack Expo
  • Photography to be used throughout show materials
  • A collection of videos created from graphics that were also posted and used before/during/after the tradeshow

Landing Page

A custom landing page was made by our developement team to house all media created throughout the tradeshow. This acted to redirect traffic to Clysar’s website, allowing for tracking and redirecting opportunities. This also allowed all of the tradeshow media to live long after the actual virtual event had ended.
