Silver Oaks Communications, Moline, was inducted into John Deere’s prestigious supplier Hall of Fame at Deere’s Achieving Excellence Awards Banquet on February 17. The award recognizes Silver Oaks’ outstanding supplier performance and status as a Deere partner from 1999 to 2003. Silver Oaks Receives American Institute of Architects Award
Silver Oaks Communications was honored by the American Institute of Architects with a 2003 Distinguished Building Award for its involvement in the renovation of the Chicago Lincoln Park Zoo exhibit, Farm-in-the-Zoo Presented by John Deere. Silver Oaks, the interpretives designer for the two-year project, was responsible for more than 14 educational interpretives as well as development of the new logo and signage for the entire three-acre site.
