Silver Oaks to Produce PBS Holiday Program

Silver Oaks Communications will produce for television, "Sing We Now of Christmas: A Festival of Carols," to be aired on PBS Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Conducted by Steven Jobman, the traditional Christmas Concert will feature the award-winning Choirs of the First Presbyterian Church of Davenport, Iowa. Over 200 performers in 5 choirs, along with featured pianists and full orchestra will be recorded live in the extraordinary Victorian sanctuary of the church.

Silver Oaks 1999 production of the 10th annual First Presbyterian Church Christmas Concert was seen by a national television audience over 200 Public Television Stations in 47 states and won numerous awards and national recognition. In addition to the telecast, Silver Oaks also produced recordings on both compact disc and audiocassette.
