Project Description

Silver Oaks’ programming expertise was called upon to assist with the completion of the Corvette High Performance Driving interactive for the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Silver Oaks worked closely with the exhibit design studio and fabrication firm to bring the desired experience to life in a tight turn time. The program allows users to sit in a real Corvette and get a feel for different driving situations – Auto Cross, Oval Track, Drag Racing and High Performance Driving Instruction. Users make their selection from 12 videos, interfacing with the gear shifter, steering wheel and horn. Once a selection is made, the respective video plays on a 17″ monitor, as well as is projected on the wall.
