Silver Oaks created a presentation CD for KONE that provides an overview of their customer care service capabilities, and highlights the leading service technologies that KONE uses to ensure optimal equipment performance. Featuring Flash animation, voiceovers and menu shortcuts, the CD was created for distribution within North America, and modified for global distribution. The presentation is also used at tradeshows.
