Project Description

As an enhanced selling tool, CenterPoint Properties needed 3D renderings of their future development projects. We started with aerial photographs of the locations and created proper building units to scale from blueprints. Additional surrounding features were also included, like trees or landmarks. This allowed the CenterPoint Properties sales team to visually display their final buildings in true scale with great detail. Renderings also enhanced the buyer’s experience online by having a digital image to accompany any development listings.
